Mission critical means boringly reliable.
I came up wrangling live hurricane graphics at WCPX-TV (CBS) in Orlando. Clarity onscreen was a lifeline for millions of people in the storm. That job set the bar for mission critical. I’ve applied the same discipline across best-selling games, web platforms, and data-rich operational tools, where content systems and telemetry stay clear and dependable. Some teams chase growth first. That’s not where I add the most value. I help leaders operate from first principles, so the product earns trust and becomes something every stakeholder can explain.
